Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Frog Labs FZC when you use Audiencery. Please read them before you buy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

1. Who we are

Audiencery is operated by Frog Labs FZC, a company in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. The service

Audiencery runs organic growth campaigns for public Instagram accounts. We promote your profile, posts and Reels to real Instagram users to grow your followers and the engagement on your posts and Reels (likes, comments, saves, shares and Reel views), in the amounts listed in your package.

  • We only need your public Instagram username. We never ask for your password or any access to your account, and we never log in to it.
  • We don't promise followers from a specific niche, location or country.
  • We deliver the numbers in your package. We can't promise what those people do afterwards, for example how many of them buy from you.

We also offer a free Instagram audience audit. It reads public profile data and gives an estimate for information only.

3. Your account

An account is created with the email you use at checkout. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us an email address you can read, because that's where we send your audits, receipts and renewal links.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You may only order a campaign for an Instagram account you own or are allowed to manage.
  • The account must stay public while the campaign runs.
  • You are responsible for following Instagram's rules and the law with the content you post.
  • Don't misuse the site: no scraping, automated sign-ups, attempts to break or reverse engineer it, or abuse of the free audit.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay.
  • You pay once, by card (processed by Ziina) or in crypto (processed by Heleket). The payment providers' own terms also apply to the payment.
  • You can pay monthly (a 30-day period) or yearly (365 days, paid at once at a discount).
  • There are no automatic renewals. We never store your card. When a period ends, we send you a payment link. You continue only if you pay that link, which is a new payment.

6. Delivery

Delivery starts within hours of your payment and is paced across the month, so growth looks natural. Changing your username or making your account private pauses delivery until we can reach the account again; email us if you change your username. Details are in our refund policy.

7. Refunds and guarantee

Every package comes with a 7-day full refund, a Day-0 audit before delivery and a 365-day follower replacement guarantee. The conditions are set out in our refund policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Disclaimer

Apart from what we promise in these terms and our refund policy, the service and website are provided "as is". Instagram is run by Meta, and its features, rules and data can change at any time; we can't control that. Audiencery is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or damage to reputation. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Intellectual property

The website, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to buy and follow your campaigns and to run free audits. You don't acquire any ownership rights.

11. Indemnification

You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your breach of these terms or by content on your Instagram account.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that could harm us, Instagram users or other customers. Parts of these terms that by their nature should continue (such as liability and governing law) survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you paid apply to that order.

14. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, email [email protected] first. We aim to resolve issues quickly. If we can't agree, either side may seek mediation before going to court.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

16. General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a term once, we can still enforce it later. These terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us about Audiencery.
