Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Audiencery holds, why, who we share it with and how to have it deleted. We collect only what we need to run your campaign and your account.

Who is responsible for your data

Audiencery is operated by Frog Labs FZC, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

The data we hold

Your account: your email address, your name if you add one, and a hash of your password. We never store your password itself.
Your Instagram account: the handle you give us, and public profile and post data (such as follower counts, posts, Reels, likes, comments and views) that we read through third-party data providers. We store snapshots of these numbers to run your Day-0 audit and track your campaign. At the start and at the end of each period we also read the public profiles of your newest followers (up to 2,000) to check how many are real, and store the result as your follower audit. We never ask for your Instagram password.
Free audit sign-ups: the email and Instagram handle you enter in the free audit. We use them to send your results and to follow up with you about Audiencery.
Payments and orders: what you bought, the amount, dates, invoice numbers and the payment reference from the provider. Payments are processed by Ziina (card) and Heleket (crypto). We never receive or store card numbers.
Emails we send: a log of the transactional emails we sent you (address, subject, date and delivery status).
Sign-in sessions: when you sign in we record the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent, to keep your account secure.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers today. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first. Our pages load the Inter font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.

How we use your data

To run your campaign, measure it against your Day-0 audit and show the results in your dashboard.
To take payments, issue invoices and handle refunds and replacements.
To send transactional emails: receipts, sign-in and password links, audits and renewal links.
To follow up on free audits by email. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To protect the service against fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and accounting duties.

We don't sell your data, and we don't send SMS marketing.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers we need, and only what each of them needs:

Ziina and Heleket, to process card and crypto payments.
Resend, to deliver our transactional emails.
Our Instagram data providers, which receive the public handles we look up, including those of the followers we audit.
Our delivery partners, which receive your Instagram handle and post links to run your campaign.
Cloudflare, which protects our site from attacks and routes the email you send to our addresses.
Our hosting provider, which runs our servers and stores our database.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, orders and campaign data while your account exists, so your dashboard and guarantee keep working. Payment and invoice records may be kept longer where accounting law requires it. Expired sign-in sessions and links are of no further use and can be removed at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We'll delete your data on request, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices. You can change your name and password in your dashboard at any time.

Security

Passwords are stored only as hashes, sign-in cookies are random tokens stored only as hashes on our side, and access to customer data is limited to the people who run Audiencery.

Children

Audiencery is for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
